Are you customer-service oriented, people-loving, and detail-oriented? We have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you at our most exciting gala of the year!
Role: Guest Greeters and Registration
Responsibilities:
- Be the first face our esteemed donors see as they enter the event venue
- Greet guests with a warm smile and enthusiastic hello
- Locate guests' names on the guest list and provide them with information about their table
Perks:
- Get a first look at our guests' fabulous costumes and attire!
- Opportunity to join our guests during the show led by internationally acclaimed LGBTQ talent!
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, April 13, 2024
- Shift Time: 4:30-8:30 p.m.
- Location: The Ballroom at Bayou Place, 500 Texas Avenue, Houston, 77002
Parking Details:
- There is no onsite parking at the event venue.
- We encourage volunteers to rideshare if possible. Volunteers may park at the Montrose Center an utilize rideshare to and from the venue to help minimize cost.
- Metered parking is available near the event venue.
- Garage parking is available near the venue. Lyric Center is a three-minute walk from the venue with $6 hourly parking.
