Details: We are looking for volunteers to assist at this year's Empowering our Future Gala.
Date: Saturday, April 13th, 2024
Location: The Ballroom at Bayou Place, 500 Texas Ave, Houston, TX 77002
Volunteer Shifts:
- 2:30PM - 5:30PM – Early Set-Up - must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- 4 - 8PM – Set-Up & 1st Shift
- 7:30 - 11:30PM – 2nd Shift & Breakdown

Tasks:
- Setup and Breakdown ( If you sign up for set up and breakdown we will have you meet us at the Center and help load and then we will head to the venue)
- Registration
- Greeters/Guides
- Floor Monitors
- and other volunteer tasks
Dress Code: Dress as your favorite cartoon character (Looney Tunes, Disney, Dragon Ball, Hanna Barbera, Adult Swim, etc.), or come in your best cocktail attire. Costume and drag encouraged!
