We would like to invite you to take part in the Montrose Center's Housing Our Future peer-to-peer team fundraising campaign! Your participation provides help, hope, and a second chance to LGBTQ homeless youth in Houston. 

Normally an 18-month program, we are providing extended support and keeping youth in the program after this time frame, for those in need of continued assistance due to the pandemic.

We provide case management that is personalized to their needs, including accessing transportation, mental health and substance use services, life skills training, etc. Plus,  motivation and support to help them overcome challenges that arise. The program sets up each youth in their own apartment and pays all expenses, including rent and utilities.

All donors will be invited to enjoy the virtual Housing Our Future Watch Party on May 14, which will feature some amazing local and international talent.
