Your Role in the Spotlight:
- Set up & manage registration & photo areas
- Welcome & guide guests to check-in and their tables
- Oversee the silent auction area
- Assist at the VIP entrance and ensure a seamless experience
- Encourage guests to enter the ballroom when the show begins
Training:
A brief 30-minute training will be provided to ensure you feel comfortable in your role. I will be there with you for support and to answer questions throughout the night - don't worry - you won't be left alone!
Dress Code:
This is our most fun & vibrant gala! Volunteers can wear:
- Classic all-black polished casual attire
- Circus-inspired flair - have fun with it!
Parking Details:
- There is no onsite parking at the event venue
- Rideshare is encouraged. Volunteers may also park at the Montrose Center and use a rideshare service to and from the venue to help minimize costs.
- Metered parking is available near the venue.
- Garage parking: The Lyric Center Garage (a three-minute walk from the venue) offers parking at $6 per hour.
