Be part of LGBTQ Houston’s iconic St. Patrick’s Day celebration—Bringin’ in the Green! Join the Shamrock Squad and help create an unforgettable experience for all attendees while having fun at the same time. This team will make the event smooth and enjoyable by:
- Greeting guests enthusiastically and answering questions about event layout (e.g., restroom, bar, and food locations)
- Supporting silent auction activities, assisting guests with the platform, and answering questions
- Guarding the VIP area entrance and ensuring only VIP guests have access
But the fun doesn't stop there! After the celebration, help us end the night with a bang by joining the After-Party Pros to tackle the clean-up and wrap up the event with style:
- Pack up event supplies
- Collect and bag any remaining trash (we’ll turn it into a scavenger hunt with prizes for the most creative finds!)
- Load vehicles and help unload at the Montrose Center
We’ll keep the vibes high with:
- Designated spaces for easy coordination
- Politely encouraging guests to exit promptly when the event concludes
- Acting as floaters to address guest, host, and event team needs
- Assisting with food and bar service as needed
Training: A quick 30-minute session before the event will prepare you for success. The development team will be available throughout the evening for support and guidance.
