Volunteer: Empowering Our Future 2026Not your average gala, come be part of the magic! ✨ Volunteer at the Empowering Our Future Gala: Once Upon a Time, an entertainment filled evening celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and supporting vital youth services at the Montrose Center. Help bring the night to life from guest experience to event support while enjoying incredible LGBTQ+ performances, a vibrant community driven crowd, and a meaningful program making real impact. Program: You are welcome to arrive early or stay after to enjoy the show! While we are unable to provide a seated dinner, volunteers will have access to a dedicated room with food and refreshments plus plenty of standing room to take in the night. Dress Code: This is our most fun event of the year! Themed costumes are encouraged following our Once Upon a Time fairytale theme, but cocktail attire or all black is always a great option if you are not sure what to wear. Parking: Volunteers will need to cover their own parking. Options include on site valet, a parking garage at the same rate, or limited street parking nearby. Alcohol: We kindly ask that volunteers refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before or during their shift.
