AssistHers, a program of the Montrose Center, is committed to:
- Providing a network of support to LGBTQ+ women and non-binary individuals living with chronic illness or disability;
- Advocating and connecting LGBTQ+ women and non-binary individuals to necessary healthcare and social service resources;
- Educating LGBTQ+ women and non-binary individuals on important health issues and health literacy;
- Building a community of caregivers from diverse backgrounds and experiences who cultivate person-centered interactions;
- Striving to promote community-wide inclusive care and disability justice.
